Rugersix'sOff The Rack review on the Russian 1895 Nagant revolver - designed and produced by Belgian industrialist Léon Nagant. Adopted by police and military services of Sweden (7.5 mm M1887), Norway (M1893), Poland, France (8 mm), and Greece (Περίστροφον M1895), among others. Of these only the largest user, Russia, issued revolvers that had the gas seal system, permitting the use of a silencer. Part 1:
The Three Stooges - Yes, We Have No Bonanza - The Stooges are singing waiters in a saloon out West. They are accompanied by three cowgirls. Unfortunately, saloon keeper Maxey (Dick Curtis) is surly and patronizing to the hard working girls. The girls have little choice, as they are forced to work for him because their father is in debt. The Stooges vow to make enough money to pay off the debt and wed the girls, and decide to go prospecting for gold. What the Stooges do not know is that ol' Maxey has recently robbed a bank and buried the loot. In their digging, the boys managed to discover Maxey's stash, thinking they are truly in the dough. They return to town, but Maxey gets his hands on the money and flee the saloon. The Stooges, of course, catch up with Maxey, retrieve the loot, and end up giving back to the bank from whence it came.
The Three Stooges - False Alarms - The Stooges are firemen who are constantly getting in trouble. After missing their umpteenth fire call, they are warned that one more incident will cost them their jobs. They then proceeded back to work, in this case, cleaning the fire hoses. In the midst of the action, a new coupé that the chief has purchased is delivered to the station. Curly rolls out the hose into the street. But in the process, the hoses are cut by a passing streetcar. In frustration, Moe wrings Curly’s hand on the wringers. Meanwhile, Curly sneaks out to visit his girlfriend Mayzie to celebrate her birthday despite the restrictions. She has two friends who need dates, so Curly tries to get Moe and Larry to join him. But due to restrictions, the two are forced to be at the fire station. Larry attempts to go anyway, but is stopped by Moe at the firepole by pulling his hair. Moe then goes to the stock room holding Larry by the hair, and locks the door to prevent Larry from leaving. But Larry fights back, and the key goes into the sink in the melee. Moe then proceeds to use Larry as a plunger to retrieve the key. Just then, Curly realizes that the only way he knows to get Moe and Larry out of the fire station is to pull a fire alarm, so he decides to activate it. The firemen respond to the call, but without Larry and Moe. Realizing the alarm, they force themselves out, and down through the firepole. They found that the firemen have left them, so they decided to use the coupé.
The Three Stooges - Pardon My Scotch - The Stooges are carpenters who are temporarily left in charge of a drugstore, assembling a door with disastrous results. When a liquor salesman stops by and asks for a drink, the Stooges mix together a drink using all manner of medicines and chemicals, and mixed with a rubber boot. The concoction reacts, and it is so strong that it cuts through a wicker chair serving as an improvised sieve. But the man loves the libation (which he thought was Scotch), and he convinces the Stooges to pose as Scotsmen and attend a party at his boss' house, where he can sign the Stooges to a liquor contract.
The Three Stooges - Disorder In The Court - The Stooges are key witnesses at a murder trial. Their friend, Gail Tempest (a name whose parts are synonyms of each other), who dances at the Black Bottom cafe where the Stooges are musicians, is accused of killing Kirk Robin (a play on "Who Killed Cock Robin?"). Although the boys disrupt the proceedings, they manage to clear Gail's name and extract the real murderer's identity (Buck Wing) from a parrot (they were able to find the letter on the parrot's leg).
The Three Stooges - Three Little Beers - The short begins with the Stooges at work at the Panther Pilsner Beer company delivery department. They have stacked several barrels on top of each other in the back of their delivery truck. The Stooges soon learn about a golf tournament which their company is sponsoring, but only Moe knows what golf is. In an attempt to teach Curly, Moe knocks Larry in the head with a broom, causing Larry to drop a barrel of beer onto the head of their boss, A. Panther (Bud Jamison). The Stooges drive wildly off to a golf course (Rancho Golf Club) and decide they should get in some practice if they want to win the grand prize-never mind the fact they know nothing of how to play golf! Once on the golf course, the Stooges disrupt everyone and everything — and steal some golfers' clothes. They split up to practice.
The Three Stooges - Three Little Pigskins - Starting out the short film as bums on the street asking pedestrians for money, the Stooges are soon mistaken for college football players known as "The Three Horsemen", a parody of the "Four Horsemen" of Notre Dame fame. They are immediately recruited by the local professional team, whose own star players had just been injured. Their first game (staged at Hollywood's Gilmore Stadium) turns into a fiasco, especially since the Stooges know absolutely nothing about the sport. Realizing they have been swindled, the managers turn their revolvers on the Stooges, hitting them on the butt as they attempt to escape.
The Three Stooges - Punch Drunks - Moe finds that Curly Howard can be a boxing star when Larry plays "Pop Goes the Weasel" on the violin. When he hears the tune, Curly blacks out and goes crazy, uttering his classic "Woo-woo-woo-woo!" cry (already firmly established by the time this film was made) and knocking out a group of people. Instantly Moe knows that Curly would be a good fighter. So the three join together and create a team. Curly succeeds as a fighter with several knockouts, leading to the world championship fight. But things go awry when, at the first round of the fight, the champion boxer hits Curly and falls out of the ring onto Larry, breaking the violin in the process. Larry leaves the fight-venue and searches outside for anything playing "Pop Goes the Weasel," while Curly is being battered by the boxer.

Here's a gameplay trailer from the very-good game Tomb Raider Underground. I've played the PS3 version for a little more than an hour, and the Xbox 360 version for only a half hour. The 360 version was actually a lot smoother and better looking, but the PS3 was certainly no slouch and I still like the DualShock 3 more than the 360 controller. The game plays really well, and I enjoy the degree of interaction with the very VERY expansive levels (at least the ones I've played and seen so far). It definitely brings back the fond memories I have of the first Tomb Raider games, and excuses the poor attempts that came later. Definitely a game I want to play more of, when (if) I ever get a 7th generation console.

Not TV, but a video of a tool-assisted speed run of one of my favorite 16-bit video games - Shinobi III - Return of the Ninja Master.
